i can't get ets on tfd

Well have you done what VK has said to do? Install the 2.03 patch on the TFD TS and then install ETS.

i can't patch it, it say missing or invalid registry /ini entry

Well you have eather done something utterly wrong, or VK has. I managed to make it work fine, i have no problems with it.

hasn't anybody got the ts 2.03 ready patched

IIRC, TFD Comes with the patched version of TS.

Move the Installer inside the "Sun" folder and try again.

If that doesn't work try downloading again then try like the way i said.

also make sure the E.T.S. is in the "sun" folder otherwise it might fail.

too late...
I plan to fix it in new version (ETS ROT)
I think engine should try to read files on CD and in the local directory.
Or I will add -CD command line key back.

BTW I need a list of files in Tiberian Sun directory after installing TFD version.
Can someone put it here?

TFD and Standard TS are the same after installation, only difference is that the TFD EXE has DVD reading code and it puts all the standard CD files in the directory.

Maybe you should make it so it will search for the files in the directory, if not found, then search the CD.

Over almost of them files can be removed, TS dont need most.

current ETS 4.00 already have a new Crew logic from NPatch!
so you can drop a pilots from aircraft.
I will implement other features of course Smile

Some yes. But the .hlp files need updating , as you know westwood no longer exists, these no point having a help file if no site exists.

we should really tell EA to let us redirect these help files to EA since it clams to own the C&C fanshise or a fan site like PPM for support.
