To play RA2/D-day online you can use CnCNet, C&C Online or XWIS.

I don't use any of these online clients so I can't give you any more help than that. If you have any difficulties I suggest asking the developers of the client you are using, they will be able to help you better than I can.

Ah sorry! C&C Online is for newer 3D games & doesn't support RA2.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to use the mod with CnCNet, C&C Online doesn't work, and I can't wrap my head around XWIS. I'm truly at a loss.
