Minor bug report

1. Only one instance can be opened.

2. The "integer overflow" error occurs with RA2 and TS Grids.

Bug #2 has been fixed on 3.38 Beta 29.

Regarding the restriction of only one instance can be opened, OS SHP Builder 3.x has been designed to run only one instance of the program with MDI (multiple documents interface) in mind. It is not a bug. It is an expected behavior.

For me personally it is a big limitation if only one instance can be opened, but I can live with it if there is no other option

OS SHP Builder 3.x came out in a period when people did not use 2 or more screens that often. So, the idea was to not open a new OS SHP Builder window every time you opened an SHP file on Windows Explorer.

However, for 4.x, I will take into account this limitation and think about a solution to allow users to use it on more than one screen. I will probably bring a workspace solution for it. With the new way the code is being organized, it shouldn't be hard to add it.
