Is there any work around to have more than 100 units and to have more than 999 sounds ?

You have more than 100 buildable units? Or have you just not moved them to lower numbers?

And there is no 999 sound limit.

Ares fixes the 100 unit AI bug and there is no limit to sounds.

GE, I have moved everything to lower numbers and I have one slot left.

I don't know why ZEP & DISC are listed as vehicles and jetpack soldiers are listed as aircraft ?

In the SoundMD filesthis is what it sez.

999=NoCanDo

// items after 1000 are for debug only
1001=Test1
1002=Test2
1003=Test3
1004=Test4
1005=Test5
1006=Test6
1007=Test7
1008=Test8
1009=Test9
1010=Test10
1011=TestRandom
1012=TestRandomLoopAll
1013=TestRandomLoopDelayAll
1014=TestLoopAll
1015=TestEnvelope
1016=TestEnvelopeFShift
1017=TestEffect


So if there is no limit, do I overwrite all these slots or start adding after slot 1017 ?

What you think the limit is 1017 then? You can remove all those sounds, they are just for testing if it wasn't obvious. Or change their numbers to 5000+, doesn't matter.

The unit lists controls were a unit is built, not whether it can fly or not.

Things listed in [VehicleTypes] are built at buildings with Factory=UnitType (War Factory), units listed in [AircraftTypes] are produced at buildings with Factory=AircraftType (Airforce Command Headquarters) and [InfantryTypes] are trained at buildings with Factory=InfantryType (Barracks).

Each unit type can also have extra features/abilities that can only be used by that type.

Create dummy units and place them at the end of the [VehicleTypes] list, along with all civilian units.

I created 25 XCOMET units to work around this bug.

He never said if he removed all the non-buildable units from the slots below 100, I would assume he doesn't actually have 100 buildable units...
