i like the second design better but i think rather than rapidly spinning Cogs that slowly turning ones would be better for this structure.

I intend for them to be slower, about 1/4th of the current speed.
Something I failed to mention I probably use both designs one per fragment with the most liked being the image used for when The Circle attempt to build a tech centre.

It's my choice in the end - Despite the popular vote if I prefer the first I'd chose that one. As it is I'm using both.

Quite but the ones I've shown have also been very practical - Factories, Power Plants etc.

I doubt in the real world a large industrial styled power plant has ANY resemblance to the place where they create new technology for miltary use. Wink

the second one is great, why you don't add something like alpha lights that shine dowen the building? it looks abit like a harkonnen building from emperor, so the alpha lights would fit it great
