CIVILIAN HEAD OF GDI
Most of the GDI leaders were killed in the initial nuclear attack by Nod, so this is an experienced leader forced to the top. He is incompetent. Think Michael Brown of FEMA.
Male - All Ethnicities - 40 to 65
GDI COMMANDER (GDI)
This is the player's boss and will be the character who conducts the briefings. This commander is the anti to the President and will often suggest that the player counters the player's orders. This is the strong-willed "good guy." Always chewing out the hero for
bending the rules. Far up in the military. Very competent. Have to believe that whoever plays this character could be a seasoned military man.
Male - All Ethnicities - 33 to 60
GDI SEXY BRIEFER CHICK
This is the sexy intelligent woman who can spout military jargon with authority. Her role is to update the player on events happening on the battlefield throughout the campaign. She generally shares the player's attitude to situations.
Female - All Ethnicities - 22 to 32
KANE (MAIN BADDIE)'S SECOND IN COMMAND
This is the Kane wannabee. Ruthless and arrogant. Right now we are envisioning this as a woman, but are open to this being a man.
Male - All Ethnicities - 25 to 55
NOD BRIEFER
This is the mirror to the GDI briefer. Right now we are imagining this will be a guy, but, if the Nod second-in command turns into a guy, then this character will become a woman.
Male - All Ethnicities - 24 to 30

This is some kind of bad joke. There is no head of GDI. It's only you, the player, THE COMMANDER, ultimate leader of GDI that leads GDI. And I portray the commander to be younger than 40.
Most likely something amongst 25-35. If someone else leads him or helps him, it's probably a 40 year old.
Oh, and EVA briefs you. Unless you get another guy who's trying to take over GDI and a scientist lady like in FS who you end up having to save, then you are the lonely guy with a bunch of incompetents who are now in lead of GDI. That's what I think. This is a fake most likely. This is the next complaint he's gettin'!
THIS SCREAMS THE WORK FAKE. Just as much as that EALA infiltration thingy.
And EA confirmed the commander is you, a guy who's been transferred from a science team (you happen to be a biochemist turned over to be a GDI leader, and you are incompetent). Surely with this plot, there's another smarter guy who tries giving you orders around, wanting to control the world like Kane, if not even joining him. QUICK_EDIT
Well, actually, you've always had superiors in the canon. In fact, there's always been people briefing you. (Except in a couple of special cases of missions)
