First multiplayer Game
As of this game almost all Allied buildings are ingame sans like four. Also, all Red Alert values were thrown into C&C3, added to a giant blender and poured over some network cables.

With that, tbh your mother is a hideous beast spoken upon in only the darkest tales of the land. I bet you'd like to know why. Unfortunately, I can't give out any more information than you did.

The textures are underdetailed and repetitive, the building models could be of a much higher quality, I have no clue what the purple.. stuff is but it makes your buildings look deformed. Overall the only thing that looks nice at all is the GUI and the terrain which aren't even your own work.
Happy? It can still be summed up with 'tbh the buildings are hideous'.

1st off, the buildings are a directly imported from APB, and thus, from a entirely different engine.
2nd, ever concidered that these screenshots you see here are taking by someone on low graphics? Ofcourse the imported buildings look funny.
3rd, obviously this mod isn't done, Ackart is still working on it so don't come and tell imported stuff looks ugly. They're all just rigged up for placeholders.

I'll agree with the texture bit fully. It's why I've got a lot of replacement textures. Unfortunately, said textures are a tad too large for C&C3 right now.
Also, the GUI is my work and the terrain is idebo's work.
So, yeah. If you have any more arguments you want shot down I'll be glad to make you look like a fool.

I would like to correct Carnivean on several stumblings.
C&C3 is not a modified version of the Renegade engine. It would make no sense to do it that way. Westwood made two games for the w3d engine initially. "Battle For Dune" and "Earth and Beyond". C&C Generals, followed by C&C3, came from lots of tinkering with the BFD engine base. (Renegade stemmed from a differant path and therefore had nothing to do with the development of w3d RTS games, take away the fundamentals and it is basically the same engine though).
Also may I add that if you don't like what is on offer, there is nothing to stop you from trying to make a mod like this so we can all annoy the hell out of you with the blatently obvious facts. APB's buildings may not be the prettiest. But still, they aren't bad for content that was produced over 3-4 years ago and I personally think they look damn good from an RTS perspective.
So please. Take your bitching elsewhere. If you don't like it, lets see you try and do better.

As for the issue concerning these buildings. It keeps getting said that they are low-detail, etc etc, but the fact is that they are what OWA said they are. OLD.

im going to have to agree with Carnivean here, the buildings are way under-detailed, the textures could use some work, and the models could be... well... better is the only term i can come up with. over all, i hope to see this mod come through, it just might turn out to be a nice mod for cnc3. QUICK_EDIT

Not really. Carnivian's work seems to be mostly composed of SHPs, Models and Voxels which are created primarily for RA2 (correct me if I am wrong). When it comes to modding C&C3, differant approaches must be taken.
The team at Red Europe are experienced at this sort of 3d development since they are made up of some of the elite talent from Bluehell Productions, the chaps that brought you APB and will bring you RA2: Apocalypse Rising. (Both for the w3d engine btw).
Perhaps I should have been clearer for you and added "using C&C3 as a base" onto the end of my statement. QUICK_EDIT
