Not at all, since veins and blue tib are disabled in the mod...

It's a C&C1 total conversion, and C&C1 didn't have blue tib or veins...

Er...this is RotD, the TS to TD total conversion. NOT "put TD units and buildings to TS, but keep ze veins and ze blu tib!".

Blue tiberium does exist in the mod... it sometimes appears from crates.

True.
Actually, the map generator doesn't generate blue tib in TS either, so it's only the veins that are missing.
