This is the reference list for commandsets and hotkeys. If you think you have a better arrangement, than leave a comment. Right now, this is what the Russian side looks like, I will update it as I go.

-Each unit must have a hotkey
-Each unit can only have one hotkey (aka, it can't be 'a' at one building and 'b' at another).
-Hotkeys can not be the same for two units at the same production location
-Hotkeys can be the same for two units produced at differenct locations

Could the MCV not better be C, cause then you could make it C for all Construction Vehicles, so there would be a single hotkey used for the "Dozer" of every faction.
