The Story.
The second tiberium war is over and the lands were divided between Nod and GDI.Planet had two big factions controlling it.Both GDI and Nod became conservators and were mainly focusing on building the main establishments to have a better grip and control over the divided lands.They produced new value systems,for GDI it was neoconservatism and for Nod it was Social Darwinism.
Later on GDI moved their capital city to Africa where they began managing and building a "New world".This so called "New world" is a mix of new laws and doctrines that should move their society to a completely new level of understanding.The concept of that "New world" is to bring up the spiritual part of human and combine both materialistic and spiritual views into one ideology.Still later it became clear that not all wanted to see that radical change in action,so,later GDI broke to three factions.
One of them was Left wing,the part of DI that was mainly focused on the north side ,Right wing focused on the south .Combined they served as the "wings" of the DI eagle that flyes around the earth and determinantes neoconservatism that they still belived in. The third faction was the New world that mainly was situated in Africa and both middle and near east.New world economics and war power was growing rapidly.But they had no allies exept the possible connections to scrin,that were mentioned in some form or another.New world is the most latent ,mysterios and strong faction.It also has exilarchic rule.
For Nod it was common to have technocracy.After the creation of CABAL-2 Nod started unseen technological evolution ,moving to a complete combination of human and machine world has never seen before.Still there was a small unhooking ,one of the Nods colonies broke all contacts with the main establishment and after the takeover became a small autocratic country.As the Nod says:"This was a shame for us ,we hope this will never happen again".That country is called Entaxagos.Exandagos has barbaric ideology based on the idea of total materialism.They combine flesh with metal,the main reason to live for them is to deny pain and soul.
Also Nod has a small elite state,with elite soldiers and rule with a bit different,more openminded ideology.
War begins with a provocation from the unknown side.Stange planes cross the Nod border seven times and raise instability. QUICK_EDIT
