Robot Tanks are versatile Unmanned Vehicles armed with specialized armor-piercing rounds making it both a competent unit for combating both infantry and vehicles. Another boon it has over its Soviet rival is its ability to hover allowing it to traverse over land and sea. Robot Tanks are also fitted with Sensors which can detect hidden objects.

Where was he asking to have it bigger? In any case you could make a brand new model bigger and scale down to similar size and I figure there is possibly too much normals smoothing so its blurring here.

On the other hand, I find it kinda pointless to show minor touch-up units of originals especially when it is not new model even.
