Soviet Infantry General's Industrial Plant Replacement
Subject description: Discuss concept
Industrial Plant, its a bit off context when it comes to this since it affects vehicles.
so Infantry General, as the name suggests.
These what I have in mind.
1. return of the Soviet Cloning Vats
2. an armory building, making infantry Elite one at a time
3. Some hospital auto heal with infantry cost reduction building _________________

Maybe give them a unique battle Lab which also functions as an Armory?
A Hospital of some sort might also be nifty idea.
Give them a Unique Commander Infantry (Vladimir SHP) who has an aura which heals and buffs infantry near him. _________________ ~ Excelsior ~ QUICK_EDIT

You can return Soviet Cloning Vats.... but use another SHP (maybe Mig's GenChinese Barracks) and call it Training Facility. Maybe with a bit increase on infantry prices.
Otherwise indeed, having two Cloning Vats would look off. QUICK_EDIT
I can definitely tell you what not to do. Having Yuri's side and Soviet Cloning Vats is just stupid.
