Updates to Fire FLH bullet for both OS: HVA Builder and OS: Voxel Viewer based on LKO's feedback at PPM forums:

OS: Voxel Viewer has VSync enabled again. We won't burn your battery/GPU anymore. I plan to add an option to give the user the choice to enable VSync of not in a later time.

Do you add fire flh or offset for weapons to where they come from their turret(s)? And how do you do that?
