Dawn of Tiberium Age (Game Executable) has stopped working

Hi everyone, I have downloaded the latest version of DTA Mod from Moddb: http://www.moddb.com/mods/the-dawn-of-the-tiberium-age/downloads/dta-v1169

The download and installation runs fine without problem. Game is launchable without problem and that it was able to install updates from the game main menu. The issue that I have occurs when I tried to start a skirmish match or mission and basically any other function that leads to get into a match (joining games online too).

Everytime I tried to start a match or join a battle I have this message: "Dawn of Tiberium Age (Game Executable) has stopped working" and basically I cannot play the game because of that. Hope someone knows a workaround for my problem.

*If it helps here are some additional Info I would give:

1. My OS is Win Vista SP2 64-bit
2. I have run the game executables with administrator permission
3. I have allowed the game executables in firewall, and antivirus[/img]

Try different renders

Try changing the Renderer in the options menu. Give a try to DxWnd, and if it doesn't work, then TS-DDRAW. If that doesn't work either, then try the rest.
