Impossible to play in a proper resolution
Hello, I really want to play this game, but no matter what I do in the options or with compatability I just can't get this game to display in a "proper" resolution.
I have fiddled with all of the different settings, both in windowed fullscreen, different renders, different "fixes", different compatability modes, differen't resolutions etc and all i get is this:
1. The game runs fullscreen, but everything is super tiny and there is a black box around the edges
2. The game does not run in fullscreen and has no black border, but the window is super tiny.
3.Same as 1, but everything is purple.
4.Same as 2, but everything is purple.
5. Same as 1, but everytime i click something the game "multiplies" and i end up with 4-5 different views of the same thing.
I play on a tv that is 3840x2160.
Every other command and conquer game works perfectly (All the original games + OpenRA etc=. This is the only game where I face these problems.
I have no idea what to do, as I have literally after mucking about with this for 3 hours, run out of options. QUICK_EDIT
Couldn't find an "edit post" button, just wanted to say that the client works fullscreen flawlessly, it is the game itself that fails miserably. QUICK_EDIT
Hello again, I just wanted to say that I got it working by using "Override high dpi scaling" under properties on the exe file.
I have never used this option before, so I didn't know what it was. I just clicked on it out of desperation really.
Hope this is useful to someone else who might encounter this problem.
Thanks anyways, and sorry if I posted unecessarily QUICK_EDIT

scaling is scuffed
i'm not having color issues when troubleshooting but no matter what i do the scaling resolution will not properly display. none of the compatibility settings fix it and none of the in-game settings fix it either. nothing short of changing the desktop resolution to an oldschool resolution predating 1920x1080 will fix the issue for me. my screen is a 4k tv 3840x2160 native resolution 60in variant.
any idea's or recommendations to try to fix this would be appreciated. QUICK_EDIT
