Final sun is very laggy and slow for me since swapping pc. Examples of this are if I put down a unit in the editor it freezes for a few sec or slows down massively

Never had this before. Any idea as to what causes this?

If you migrated to Windows 10 with latest update, then there is a DDraw dll included in the package and in thread post also, that could be placed in FinalSun folder. Thread - https://ppmforums.com/topic-47355/finalsun-101-patches/

If you are not on Win10 latest, you could try removing that DDraw dll, if already present.
