nope... need not to do new turret; in the HVA editor the turret should be as high as where the turret will be on the unit and always centered. Then in the art ini do TurretOffset. (-155; thanks to OmegaBolt)

It's probably a useful post to have, though. In case anyone goes looking though the entire voxel forum, finds this, and wishes that someone had simply posted the offset value.
