It really IS annoying, especially when building a large force of units Neutral

heh, I believe its one of the big reasons I don't train Ra1 infantry
(apart from them being weak and of little use IMO).

Not for the AI - it can pump out infantry, and tanks I guess, like no tommorrow. On the highest difficulty, of course.

Erm, you want a shit AI? Why wouldnt you want a challenge? Or are you one of those people i'll never understand who cry and winge about cheating AI because they cant win. Seriously, if the AI never cheats, it'll never be good because no AI can be as intuitive as a human.
