After Yuri's teleportation to the dinosaur era, the Soviet Union was no longer in danger as it dominated the entire Earth. Or so it was thought.

Yuri's mind power was enough good to control complex minds of human beings, therefore controlling a dinosaur wasn't a difficult task. Through hard labor, Yuri managed to teleport back to stop the Soviets and Allies from using the Time Machine. However, this didn't stop a different taskforce from turning down the Psychic Dominator in Los Angeles. Whilst Allied forces were hit, they managed to survive, and thrive and now fight together with remnants of the Soviet Union to destroy Yuri and his forces.

Yuri however managed to steal precious Soviet technology to replicate and use further to destroy Allied dominance and establish Yuri's dream of an entire world under his own psychic control.

Allies

Central Unit


The Central Unit represents the core forces of the Allies. They represent the high-tech elite of the freedom fighters.

Resistance Force


Resistance Force represents the remnants of the Soviet army and the brute branch of the Allies. It's low-tech tactics counterweight Central Unit's high-tech forces.

Yuri's HQ


The HQ represent's Yuri's top command, where the newest projects and technology are being developed.

Scavengers


Scavengers represent the "recycling" branch of Yuri's Army. They re-use Soviet technology and improve it to support the Psychic Corps.
