bottom and left have exclusive fields.
Left has a field that is unreachable for other players, as they would have to move through this players base. Thus best protected tib field. Close second is top right, but that has a back door in far north.
Gems are quite irrelevant. They only provide a short boost of money and run out very quick.
Top left is the worse location. Longest routes, no exclusive tib field, no natural barriers to protect the location.
That small lake next to the tib field is also hindering top left, as it creates longer routes and a bottle neck for armies to get by to protect harvs on the field.
