First thread I'm proud to call an update. Very Happy

I have completed the ground work for the first GDI map.  I just got to configure the triggers and stuff and we'll be set!  In Dune Sun, we believe in shrinking the infantry to a realistic size.  Without further ado I will leave you with ONE snapshot from the first GDI mission.  Drool at your will.  I don't want to spoil the GDI first mission with too many pics, so it will be one at a time.  Torture if you may. I had started the map originally for my old mod, Rampage.  It was nowhere near complete, and so I desided to not let that work go to waste and finish it up for Dune Sun.  When the map was about 3/4 done, thats when we actually got the idea for what we were going to do with this mod.  So here I am editing rules.ini as I type this.  Of course we have no knowledge of art.ini so that might take a little bit longer.

The objectives are a secret for when we release the demo Wink (in a couple months hopefully).  However the screenshot you requested is attached.  Thanks for your intrest.

hmm... Impressive... just put sandbags all around the base, with a gate by the tiberium field(s)...

oh, and you need to resize the disc throwers... they look too big compared to the wolverines and light infantry...

Yes ... but like I said, the mod is still in very early stages.  We still have a hell of a lot of coding, resizing, and recolouring to do. Wink

Is it just me or did you make the infantry's proportions more realistic? (taller compared to their width)

I have had this problem before.  I remember when I was trying to test my third Nod map for my old Rampage campaign, this happened to occur. Sad
