Error: I/O error 6

Hi, program was functioning correctly for a long time then it has begin giving me this error one day not too long ago.

This error comes up when using Cameo Generator, every time. It gets spammed 2-6 times(at seemingly random) upon interacting with any thing in the Cameo Generator dialogue like
uncheck Auto TextBar darkness,
typing in text (error spam comes up for each letter),
or decreasing/increasing Text Bar darkness.

The version used is Open Source SHP Builder 3.38 Beta 26.
I have tried:
Update OS SHP builder via Help menu -> no change,
uninstall and install again manually -> no change, issue somehow persisted Question

As far as I could research, I/O error 6 means "Invalid File Handle". In short, it is trying to open a file that can't be opened (it might be opened already or doesn't exist).

In the Cameo's Generator case, it is possibly an attempt to load the cameo palettes.

Considering that you have already uninstalled and installed the program, the only suggestion that I have this time is the world wide famous ctrl + alt + del. Restart your pc and check if the problem disappears.
