The "Kawanishi KX-03" is too huge to be added in D-Day, But how would it work in D-Day if you somehow add can be added it?
(It's designed as a cargo plane but has some machine gun turrets to attack/defend itself against the enemy aircrafts).

As you said the KX-03 was a cargo plane and if added to D-day would be used as such.

And to preemptively answer the question in the topic title, only the Americans, Britain, France and the Soviets get nuclear weapons.

If it's too huge, Then can you scale the KX-03 down like how all the ships in D-Day are scaled-down? (The KX-03 is just about the same size as USS Enterprise CVN-65).

Currently only America actually uses cargo/transport planes as part of their support super weapons. No other side has such support weapons so their transport planes are unused.

I might make transport planes buildable in the future so you you can use them to transport infantry and/or manually paradrop them. The KX-03 is a seaplane tho so it cant land on ground and in turn can't load any infantry making it useless as a transport.

It's a post-war fake, the German's thought it would take too long to develop an atomic bomb an instead focused their research developing a nuclear reactor for power generation.
